Thanks for using Somedays. The sections below are the formal rules for using the app — they’re here so everyone knows what to expect. By using Somedays, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Somedays lets you save places from social media links, organize them into collections, and plan trips. The app offers both free and paid (Pro) tiers.

2. Somedays Pro Subscriptions

• Somedays Pro is available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings or through the app's subscription management feature.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

3. Free Tier

Free users receive a limited number of link extractions per month and a limited number of collections. These limits may change at our discretion. Trip planning and cloud sync require a Pro subscription.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you create in the app (places, collections, trips). We do not claim any rights to your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
• Abuse the extraction service by automated or excessive requests beyond normal personal use.
• Circumvent free-tier usage limits through technical means.

6. Third-Party Content

Places extracted from social media links may contain information from third-party creators. We do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted data. Ratings, photos, and business details are sourced from Google and are subject to Google's terms.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the app and its services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The extraction service depends on third-party APIs that may be temporarily unavailable.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email if available.
